- Identify and implement reliability improvements within the CMMS based on equipment performance trends, maintenance history, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze equipment performance and reliability data to identify opportunities to improve asset uptime, reduce failures, and optimize maintenance costs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to identify equipment failure modes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring equipment issues.
- Support operational readiness activities for new facilities, utilities, and manufacturing assets while ensuring compliance with Good Engineering Practices (GEP) and GxP requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience supporting maintenance and reliability programs within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated GMP/GxP manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including equipment operation, troubleshooting, failure modes, and reliability improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing preventive maintenance plans, calibration programs, spare parts strategies, and asset management processes.
- Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for asset management, maintenance planning, calibration management, and spare parts administration.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, maintenance best practices, criticality assessments, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Metrology, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Commissioning & Qualification.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Experience supporting facility, utility, equipment startup, commissioning, qualification, or capital project execution is preferred.
- Ability to provide legal U.S. work authorization documentation required. Will consider domestic travel and relocation.
