Job Overview:

The Reliability Engineer will focus on equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement . The role involves developing and optimizing risk-based maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment failures, supporting root cause investigations, and working with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

Duration: Through March 12, 2027, with possible extension

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
• Experience developing/optimizing risk-based maintenance strategies
• Working knowledge of CMMS – SAP PM/MM preferred
• Knowledge of FMEA, RCM, Reliability by Design, PM Optimization, Root Cause Analysis & Failure Analysis
• Ability to read/review design drawings, P&IDs, HVAC and electrical systems
