What they need
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Perform equipment reliability analysis, RCA, FMEA, and failure investigations.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify reliability improvements.
- Support CAPA, maintenance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain reliability and maintenance records in CMMS.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
- Experience with RCA, FMEA, PM/PdM, and CMMS.
- Pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred.
