Reliability Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Reliability Manager to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will oversee reliability and maintenance strategy across multiple facilities, with a focus on improving equipment performance, standardizing best practices, and strengthening operational consistency. The position partners closely with plant teams, engineers, and vendors to address maintenance challenges and drive cost-effective outcomes. It also includes leadership of team development efforts and the use of data to support repair and replacement decisions in a production environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant teams to drive standardized maintenance strategies
• Unify preventive and predictive maintenance across all facilities
• Partner with engineers and vendors to solve maintenance challenges
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through equipment reliability improvement
• Lead the training and skill development of the maintenance team
• Utilize CMMS and SAP for data-driven decision-making
• Assess asset performance for optimal repair or replacement strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or a related discipline
• 2+ years in a leadership role with team development responsibility
• Knowledge of engineering principles in food processing and the meat industry
• Proficiency in SAP and CMMS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Effective communicator of technical ideas
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
