  • Map and improve our end-to-end maintenance workflow, removing waste, delays and rework.
  • Optimise preventive maintenance routines using failure data, OEM guidance and condition monitoring.
  • Lift wrench time and resource utilisation by making sure jobs are ready to go, with parts, tools and permits in place.
  • Get technicians involved in job planning, root cause analysis and improvement activity so they own the results.
  • Own the CMMS processes and data quality, and turn maintenance data into clear KP!s and actions.
  • Help embed new group systems, standards and reporting as we integrate with our new owner.

About you

  • Must have a relevant Tertiary Engineering Qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) or solid trade qualification (mechanical or electrical).
  • At least 3 years in maintenance planning, scheduling or reliability in manufacturing (food, beverage or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with a CMMS such as SAP, PRONTO, PM, Maximo or similar.
  • A track record of leading CI or process change that delivered measurable results; Lean, Six Sigma or TPM experience is highly regarded.
  • Confident with data and Excel, and able to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • A natural communicator who builds trust on the shop floor and brings people along through change.
  • Contract manufacturing experience would be a bonus.

Why join us
