Reliability, Planning & Materials Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
• Equipment reliability, breakdown analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Corrective-action tracking and maintenance of equipment/asset history.
• Lubrication and condition-monitoring programmes.
• Critical-spares identification and availability monitoring.
• Production and material planning support.
• Central monitoring of stores, inventory, min/max and reorder levels.
• Technical support for procurement of mechanical equipment and sparesRole & responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with pumps, gearboxes, agitators, mills/pulverizers, conveyors, elevators, centrifuges, dryers, fans/blowers and similar process equipment preferred.

The candidate stationed in Mumabi will be required to travel to Dahej and other plant/project locations as an when required.
