What they need
Job Responsibility
1.Setup Reliability Test Lab: Including layout, equipment/instrument/fixture, QC training，Reliability test flow design
2.Manage reliability test lab: Equipment maintenance，sample management，SOP definition...
3.Design reliability test plan and get customer approval
4.Track reliability test failure FACA report to close
5.Complete reliability test related report/result by each check point
6.Other tasks assigned by quality director
Qualification
1.Bachelor or above with engineering related major
2.Good English skill
3.3 years+ experience in IC/SiP/PCBA product reliability test, SiP factory experience is plus
4.Know basic reliability test design rule of general standard like AEC-Q, JEDEC, MIL-STD
5.Optimistic，focus，Strong sense of responsibility. Good at communication and driving team to achieve quality target
6.Willing oversees business trip
