Reliability Team leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Team Leader to join our team at ECOLAB GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Lead the reliability team in developing and implementing effective reliability strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in reliability performance.
• Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of reliability principles, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
