Reliability Test Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and support semiconductor test equipment, handlers, and test processes.
• Perform test package, tester, and handler buy-off, release, and registration activities.
• Monitor test equipment performance and support troubleshooting of equipment-related issues.
• Support tri-temperature testing and semiconductor test operations.
• Conduct test data collection, basic analysis, and equipment performance monitoring.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and basic repair of automatic test equipment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product qualification and testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Applied Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor testing, test equipment, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor testing concepts and electronic systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), Handler, or Tri-temperature testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
