Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Follow all federal construction safety regulations, equipment safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols during daily operations.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to plan routes, load capacities, and delivery schedules for efficient material movement.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, maintenance activities, and safety compliance records.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles like dump trucks.
• Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of construction machinery.
• Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures.
• Strong understanding of construction utility work practices and site safety protocols.
