Relief Chef

I am seeking relief chefs for events, pub and hotel contracts through the Christmas season. Applicants should have at least two years experience in a similar kitchen environment working at Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level, be available on weekends and have their own transport.

• Rates are £15-16.00 per hour for PAYE
• £18-£20 per hour for freelance relief chefs.
• Holiday pay for PAYE
• Travel expenses paid on a case by case basis
• Long and short term contracts available
