What they need
Relief Duty Manager – The Weald Sports Centre, Cranbrook
Full-time – 40 hours per week
We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Relief Duty Manager to provide lifeguarding and Duty Manager cover as required. You’ll help keep swimmers safe, support the team, deliver excellent customer service and oversee the safe, smooth running of the centre during your shift.
The role includes key-holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the building when required. Shifts include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required, although training can be provided for suitable candidates. Previous supervisory experience in a leisure centre or gym is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and a responsible approach to safety are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,820.00 per year
