Exceptional Training – Provided by Mitie Successful applicants will complete a full training package, all fully funded by Mitie. Your Role Responsibilities As an Emergency Response Team Officer, you will play a key part in maintaining safety and security across a major client site. Responsibilities include: Providing a visible and proactive security presence Responding quickly and effectively to fires, first aid incidents, and environmental emergencies Maintaining and inspecting emergency equipment to operational standards Conducting internal and external patrols, searches, and incident reporting Supporting compliance with health, safety, and security policies What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated, professional individuals who are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role. Essential Requirements Full, clean UK driving licence Valid SIA front line licence (fully funded) Ability to pass a medical and fitness test (including suitability for breathing apparatus) Professional appearance and positive attitude Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Ability to pass security vetting and random drug/alcohol testing Desirable Basic/intermediate IT skills FREC 3 medical qualification (if already held) Please note: due to breathing apparatus requirements, candidates must remain clean-shaven or maintain a tightly trimmed goatee-style beard to ensure equipment compatibility.
