We’re looking for a kind, dedicated, and reliable Relief Support Worker to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a lovely lady in her own home, helping her to live as independently and happily as possible.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in providing day-to-day support with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks
• Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medication support
• Attending appointments and supporting social activities

You’ll be working within a small, supportive team who truly care about the people we support.

Working Hours

The hours for this role iclude shifts between:
7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Plus sleep ins.

No two days are the same — and you’ll always go home knowing you’ve made a difference.

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided.
Please note: an Enhanced Adult DBS check will be required.
