Work Assignment: Pancake House – SM Sucat

Employment Type: Project-Based / Reliever

Duration: Until November 10, 2026 (subject to extension based on operational requirements)

Salary: ₱755 Daily Rate (Semi-monthly payroll)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule based on store operations. Overtime may be required.

Job Summary

The Reliever Kitchen Staff is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficient kitchen operations. The role supports the restaurant team in delivering quality food and excellent customer service during the reliever period.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With experience as a Kitchen Staff, Back-of-the-House Staff, Food Service Crew, Cook, or a similar position.
• Knowledgeable in basic food preparation, cooking, and kitchen sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
• Willing to be assigned at Pancake House – SM Sucat.
• Available to attend a face-to-face interview and can start ASAP.
