A Reliever Sales Administrator position in a dynamic Australian company based in Clark, providing sales support and order entry services.

Key responsibilities

• Process and enter orders in the company database for different customers
• Provide excellent sales support to customers
• Follow order entry instructions via e-mail or phone conversation
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update customer records
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports on orders
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure order entry targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up to date with product details (item code and pricing)

About you

• College Level/Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• 1-2 years' experience in Data Entry/Order Entry
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands on experience in handling ERP Systems/Inventory Software (preferable Pronto)
• Fast Typing Speed
• Good English Communication Skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to details
