Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet arriving and departing guests with a polite demeanor, open vehicle doors, and assist with luggage or packages.
• Vehicle Inspection: Check incoming cars for existing dents, scratches, or interior valuables, and log them accurately on tickets or digital devices.
• Safe Driving: Park and retrieve vehicles responsibly, obeying all speed limits and traffic rules on site.
• Key and Ticket Management: Organize guest keys in secure, locked boxes and reconcile valet tickets at the end of each shift.
• Area Maintenance: Keep the driveway, entrance, and loading zones clear of traffic congestion and debris.
