  • Obtain and review quotations, tariffs, and survey results to support pricing and service recommendations.
  • Collect and maintain documentation required for audits and account compliance.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure a high level of customer service.

Your Wellness Matters:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents
  • Employee Assistance Program (mental health support + 24/7 licensed therapist access)
  • Wellness perks, onsite fitness center, and onsite medical clinic

Financial Wellbeing:

  • Generous 401(k) match
  • HSA & FSA options
  • Tuition assistance
  • Financial wellness programs
  • Earning potential up to $50k

Flexibility & Time Off:

  • Paid vacation, sick time, parental leave, holidays, and disability leave

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in logistics, moving coordination, relocation services, or a related field.
  • Understanding of household goods moving processes, documentation requirements, and vendor coordination preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
