This opportunity is ideal for agents who enjoy helping clients navigate major life transitions while building a relationship driven real estate business in one of Florida's most desirable coastal markets.

With continued population growth, luxury home demand, waterfront properties, second homes, retirement communities, and relocation activity throughout Southwest Florida, this role offers exceptional opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with relocation programs, local businesses, and community organizations
• Provide expertise on Marco Island, Naples, schools, neighborhoods, waterfront communities, and lifestyle options
• Coordinate timelines, housing options, and relocation logistics
• Assist buyers and renters with property tours, offers, and contracts
• Build relationships with employers, relocation partners, and community contacts
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional client service
• Deliver a seamless relocation experience that generates referrals and repeat business

Supplemental Pay

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in Florida
• Previous relocation or client service experience preferred
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
