Remeasure Technician

Overview:

Join our growing team as a Remeasure Technician, where your attention to detail will be vital in driving precision and quality in our measurement process.

What You Do:

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials.

• Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement.

• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation.

• Understand and adhere to the established Linton Window & Door processes and standards.

• Provide accurate measurement data and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion.

• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques.

• Conduct inspections to identify any discrepancies or deviations from design parameters.

What You Need:

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience preferred.

• Window installation experience necessary.

• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents.

• Mechanical aptitude as asset.

• Good organizational skills.

• Good computer skills.

• Willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication skills to accurately report findings and collaborate effectively with colleagues as necessary.

*Starting pay depending on prior experience*

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
