At REPS, we specialise in movement-based rehabilitation and chronic disease management. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. You will work alongside our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to support a diverse client base, including seniors participating in our Strength for Life program, NDIS participants, and individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

The Role

We are seeking a professional and proactive Remedial Massage Therapist to become part of our multidisciplinary team. This role offers the clinical support of an established Exercise Physiology practice while providing the autonomy to manage your own caseload and develop strong client relationships. We are seeking a professional and proactive Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team across both the Willagee and Canning Vale sites. This role offers the best of both worlds: the clinical support of an established EP team and the autonomy to build and manage your own dedicated client base.

Remuneration is experience-dependent, ranging from $45 plus commission per client hour, with opportunities to increase earnings through consistent bookings and growing client demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remedial treatments (Trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release).
• Practice Building: Actively engage in client retention and community networking to build and maintain a full clinical book.
• Collaborate with the EP team to create comprehensive recovery plans for shared clients.
• Manage your own schedule and maintain professional clinical notes.

About You

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (essential).
• Minimum 1 years' experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist
• Eligibility for Provider Numbers with all major health funds.
• Able to be able to work both locations
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as common musculoskeletal conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Australian work rights required
• Professional registration or membership with a recognised massage therapy association required at application
