Remittance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process general banking transactions requests (e.g. time deposit, account transfer, FX, ledger account entries, etc) from customers/ internal units
• Performed call-back verifications to contact customers and validate the transactions
• Perform AML checking and follow up with stakeholders
• Facilitate training sessions for colleagues and business counterparts
• Support project UAT
• Support administrative tasks and transaction services operations duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1 - 2 years’ work experience in banking industries
• Familiar with all the internal and external regulatory guideline
• Exposure in project management would be an advantage
• Good communication and team player
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS office applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position.
