Remittance Officer

• Basic up to $2,600 + AWS + Bonus
• 5 days work week only (But include Sunday)
• Must be comfortable handling IT systems & Work on Sunday

About the role

The Remittance Officer ensures that clients always receive the highest possible standards of service. Client queries are addressed and appropriate remittance services are recommended by the Remittance Officer to support the client's personal or business needs. You will process remittances using a computerized remittance system in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, the Remittance Officer assists in administrative tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Present the best image of the company as the first contact with a client or potential client
• Process remittances and ensure transactions comply with local and overseas regulations
• Promote the company's services
• Attend to any queries from clients and potential clients
• Perform cashiering duties
• Handle the transactions and funds with the utmost care and honesty
• Answer calls and emails

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree

• Strong communication skills

• Must be comfortable handling IT systems

• Must be comfortable to work on Sundays

• Must be able to work on public holidays during busy periods
