Job Description

• Review customer information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for outward remittance transactions.
• Input transaction details into the Remittance system for account posting and SWIFT message formatting.
• Follow up on customer documents and payment evidence for amendment or cancellation requests.
• Contact customers to clarify the purpose of fund transfers when required for BOT (Bank of Thailand) reporting purposes.
• Notify overseas remitting banks when customers request a stop payment on drafts through branches.
• Coordinate with the Treasury team regarding exchange rates when customers have not specified a rate in the application.
• Reconcile and verify daily outward remittance transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Set up and maintain customer profiles.
• Prepare the Outward Transaction Summary Report.
• Update and maintain additional information in the Dataset report.
• Complete required templates and submit information to the Accounting team for BOT reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as a backup for team members during leave or vacation periods.
