Remodeling - Construction Manager

Iconic Construction LLC in Fenton, Missouri is hiring a full-time Remodeling - Construction Manager. If you're experienced in managing home remodeling projects and enjoy keeping jobs on track, on budget, and well-run, this could be a great fit for you.

BECOMING ONE OF OUR REMODELING - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

This is a full-time position, paying $35 to $50 an hour, depending on experience. All job sites are within 10 miles of our office.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with time spent in the office and visiting job sites nearby. All sites are local-within 10 miles of our Fenton office.

Each day, you'll manage the schedule for several remodeling projects. You'll plan ahead for materials and labor, check in with foremen daily, and make sure subcontractors and crews know what's next. You'll visit job sites regularly to check on progress, help fix problems early, and keep the job moving smoothly. You'll handle change orders, check on material readiness, and send updates to our operations team. You'll also walk each job when it's about 95% finished to make sure it's done right and within budget.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Construction and remodeling knowledge
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently ($50K–$250K typical size)
• Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and influence gross profit (target is 35%+)
• Ability to lead and train foremen and crew members
• Daily digital communication and reporting (we use JobTread)
• Consistent field presence and proactive problem-solving
• Commitment to walking every job at 95% to ensure quality and protect margin
• Quick turnaround on change orders and milestone reporting
• Discipline to own the schedule-never delegate it
• Ability to anticipate friction, clarify scope, and resolve bottlenecks before they cause delays
