What the job entails:

Normally a 20 hour work week

• Doing residential repair jobs for tenants
• Free to take side jobs if you give me 24 hour notice

When you will work 40 hours per week:

• I purchase a new property that needs renovated.

Unique situations with property renovations:

• Sometimes renovating properties requires removing mold or other hazardous material. You will be paid extra for mold/hazardous material removal. Additional protective equipment will be provided at employer's expense.
• You will, sometimes, need to go into crawl spaces or under mobile homes to replace old plumbing. You will have a co-worker in these cases and will be paid extra.

When you will have overtime (uncommon):

• Water pipe break, emergency repair, ect.

*This job requires a wide range of construction experience. Work will include: Flooring, Trim, Drywall, Mud, Painting, Taping, Door installing, basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical repairs, window glass replacement and many other various tasks. It is okay if you don't know ALL of these skills, but the more the better. I don't mind calling in a professional at your recommendation.

*After 1 year at the company, you will get an annual $2,500 bonus to a 529 plan for you or your children.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
