Duties

• Assist in remodeling projects by installing flooring, tile, cabinetry, drywall, trim, stucco, and other building materials with precision and care
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as demolition, excavation, or material transport
• Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with team members on hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform plumbing and electrical work when required, following safety protocols and technical guidelines
• Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, protecting existing structures, and organizing materials for efficient workflow

Skills

• Extensive experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction and remodeling tasks
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
• Knowledge of building construction methods including drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and window installation
• Skilled in carpentry and trim carpentry with an eye for detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely within construction sites or outdoor work environments
• Familiarity with construction management principles such as estimating costs and managing project timelines
• Strong understanding of safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times
• Experience with building material installation across various projects including flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, and hardscape features
• Knowledge of Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation (nice-to-have)
• Prior experience in remodeling projects involving outdoor work or hardscaping is highly desirable
