Job Summary
Join our remodeling team as a Remodeling Crew Member and be at the forefront of transforming spaces! Responsibilities

• Assist in the demolition, preparation, and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, and roofing.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
• Install various finishes including trim carpentry, cabinetry, doors, windows, stucco, and flooring.
• Conduct inspections for quality control on plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support specialized tasks such as glass installation, tile laying, welding, caulking, plastering, and restoration work.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order; report any issues promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience working on construction or remodeling sites is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation is essential.
• Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (frame and trim), masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing techniques enhances your versatility.
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely is required.
• Experience with construction inspection or site supervision is advantageous but not mandatory.
