Remodeling Foreman

We're looking for a foreman who can run a job start to finish. If you have to be told what to do next, this isn't the job. If you're the one who already knows, we want to talk.

If you have your own crew or a helper, we want you even more. We pay a large bonus to foremen who bring reliable people with them.

What we do: High-end kitchen and bath remodels in South Jersey. We're growing fast and we need leaders.

What you'll do:

• Run kitchen and bath jobs from demo to final walkthrough
• Lay out and install tile, carpentry, trim and plumbing
• Lead and train technicians
• Keep the job on schedule, clean, and the homeowner happy

You're a fit if you:

• Have years of hands-on remodeling experience (tile, carpentry, plumbing, finish work)
• Have run jobs or led a crew before
• Can show photos of your work
• Are dependable, with a valid license and your own transportation

What you get:

• $40–$50/hr, 40–50 hours a week
• Crew bonus for bringing your own people
• Year-round work, no slow season scramble
• Real room to grow as we scale: more jobs, more crews, more pay

To apply: text (856) 842-8653 with:

1. Your name and years of experience
2. 3 photos of jobs you ran
3. Whether you have your own helper or crew (and how many)

We only respond to applicants who send photos.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
