About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Junior Remodeling Technician to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who has basic construction or handyman experience and wants to continue developing their skills in residential remodeling, or someone with more experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and work toward becoming a Lead Technician.

You don't need to know everything! We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

You'll work alongside experienced remodeling professionals, gaining hands-on experience while helping bring our customers' dream spaces to life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen, bathroom, basement, and other interior remodeling projects.
• Help with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general carpentry.
• Assist experienced technicians with daily project tasks.
• Perform basic handyman repairs and punch-list work.
• Help prepare job sites and protect customers' homes.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and customers.
• Take initiative, solve problems, and be willing to learn new skills.
• Help ensure projects are completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic construction, residential remodeling, or handyman experience required.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• General understanding of construction techniques and job site safety.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept constructive feedback.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and with a team.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Interest in developing leadership skills and advancing within the company is a plus!
