Meghatile Kitchen & Bath is a growing kitchen, bathroom, and flooring showroom located in Hialeah, Florida. We specialize in tile, flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, countertops, and complete residential remodeling solutions.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Remodeling Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a sales-focused position combining showroom sales support, kitchen design, in-home consultations, project estimates, and remodeling project coordination.

The primary goal of this position is to generate, develop, and close complete remodeling projects for kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring.

Key Responsibilities

Remodeling Sales & Business Development

• Generate and follow up on leads for kitchen, bathroom, and flooring remodeling projects.
• Meet with customers to understand their renovation needs, budgets, and project expectations.
• Prepare professional estimates, proposals, and project presentations.
• Convert customer inquiries into signed remodeling contracts.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Promote complete remodeling solutions rather than individual product sales.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize project value.

Kitchen Design & Estimates

• Create kitchen layouts and designs using 2020 Design or similar professional kitchen design software.
• Assist customers with cabinet selection, countertops, finishes, and overall kitchen design.
• Prepare material lists, measurements, and project estimates.
• Work with customers to develop practical and attractive remodeling solutions.

In-Home Consultations & Project Coordination

• Travel to customers' homes throughout South Florida to take measurements and evaluate remodeling projects.
• Conduct on-site consultations and review project requirements.
• Coordinate with installers, contractors, and internal team members.
• Visit active job sites to monitor progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project updates and help resolve issues throughout the renovation process.
• Ensure projects move efficiently from initial consultation to completion.

Showroom Sales Support

• Assist the lead showroom salesperson with daily customer service and sales.
• Help walk-in customers select flooring, tile, bathroom products, kitchen cabinets, and installation materials.
• Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and support showroom operations.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused showroom experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen, bathroom, flooring, or residential remodeling sales.
• Experience using 2020 Design or similar kitchen design software is required.
• Ability to take accurate measurements at customers' homes.
• Knowledge of kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, and remodeling processes.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to prepare estimates and manage multiple customer projects.
• Willingness to visit customer homes and active renovation sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and availability to travel throughout South Florida.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working both in a showroom and in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience coordinating residential remodeling projects.
• Existing knowledge of the South Florida remodeling market.
• Experience working with installers and subcontractors.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
• Base salary plus sales commissions.
