Remodeling Technician – General Construction

Exclusive Cabinets & Countertops is seeking a dependable, skilled worker for residential remodeling projects. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in general construction, carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and basic electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction and remodeling work.
• Assist with demolition, jobsite preparation, and cleanup.
• Complete carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, and baseboards.
• Assemble, install, level, and adjust cabinets, doors, drawers, and cabinet hardware.
• Install flooring, including tile, vinyl plank, and laminate.
• Install and repair drywall, including patching, taping, and finishing.
• Assist with electrical tasks as assigned and under appropriate supervision.
• Follow management instructions, project plans, and safety procedures.
• Communicate progress, material needs, and jobsite issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in residential remodeling.
• Practical knowledge of cabinet assembly and installation, including leveling, alignment, and hardware adjustments.
• Experience in carpentry, flooring, drywall, and basic electrical work.
• Ability to use construction tools safely and accurately.
• Ability to take measurements and follow installation instructions.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and professional conduct in customers’ homes.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
