What they need
Seeking Texas and Washington licensed attorneys to start as law clerks on a part-time, probationary 1099 basis. The goal is for you to be salaried full-time within six months.
Late Night Law is a fully remote First Amendment practice, with operations in TX, NM and WA. We provide four services: (1) cease-and-desist notices against online reputation attacks; (2) protective order litigation in cyber-harassment cases, for petitioners and respondents; (3) defamation and speech-tort litigation for plaintiffs and defendants; and (4) free speech litigation, such as § 1983 First Amendment claims.
You should be a proficient legal writer, social media savvy, w/ 0-5 years' experience, who knows the RPCs.
