Remote Accountability Coach

How You’ll ContributeThis role is centered around personal growth, goal setting, and habit building. You will guide individuals through structured conversations that drive clarity, discipline, and real progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing for calls
• Initiating calls
• Creating thoughtful and creative goal plans
• Preparing documents to support client goals
• Sending and responding to messages
• Crafting emails
• Attending meetings
• Researching behavior change
• Researching client goals

Required Qualifications

• Home Office SetupHas their own computer, strong internet connection, and a private space where they can work without being overheard.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (US time), weekends off
• Full-time, remote role
• Initial training will be every Sunday (US Time), from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Compensation & Structure

• ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 (negotiable depending on skills and experience)
