Remote Admin/ Telesales Representative – Engineering Services

About the role

We're seeking an Admin/Remote Telesales Representative who can confidently engage engineering firms, contractors, and project managers to promote our services—while supporting the team with essential administrative tasks. You must have a can-do attitude to be able to meet deadlines set by clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to engineering and construction companies to introduce the client's drafting and design support services.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and present tailored service solutions.
• Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the engineering and admin teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating CRM records, and scheduling client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and assist in tracking project progress.
• Support marketing campaigns and client communication initiatives.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly telesales targets.

About you

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in engineering, construction, or technical services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling admin tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and remote collaboration tools.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible hours aligned with Australian business time zones.
