Remote Advisory Specialist

What This Role Is

This is a full-time remote role for someone who is comfortable speaking with people by phone and explaining coverage options clearly. You will connect with individuals who have requested information, review available plans, answer questions, and help them complete the enrollment process.

The work requires strong organization and consistent follow-up. You will manage conversations, appointments, applications, and follow-up tasks throughout the day. Training, tools, and ongoing team support are provided.

Day to Day

• Speak with individuals who have requested information about coverage.
• Review available plans and explain key differences between options.
• Answer questions and provide clear information about coverage and costs.
• Help individuals select an option based on their needs and budget.
• Guide completed applications through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with individuals who need additional information or time to decide.
• Keep appointments, notes, applications, and follow-up tasks organized.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Comfortable spending much of the workday speaking with people by phone.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Organized and dependable with follow-up.
• Able to explain detailed information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented when handling applications and customer information.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
