Overview

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with business teams, customers, and engineering groups to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, product thinking, and customer problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and able to translate business problems into practical AI systems that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
• Develop APIs and AI services using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and quickly iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Evaluate AI solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help define AI implementation patterns across platforms.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience developing AI agents or agent-based workflows.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of API development and systems integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience deploying AI services in cloud-native environments.
• Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Understanding of modern software architecture and microservices.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms.
