What This Role Is

• Mornings bring booked calls and afternoons bring follow-ups, all from home, full time by phone. You go over their options, compare insurance plans, and help them enroll in policies, with every call arranged in advance.
• Experience in advising, service, or other client-facing work serves you well here, and training covers the specifics. You should be sharp, reliable, and comfortable on the phone. It is not for you if you want no ramp-up. We provide full training and support, and pay depends on your performance.

Day to Day

• Reach interested families and go over their coverage options by phone.
• Explore plans with warm leads that fit their budget.
• Help each household work through the application from start to finish.
• Address questions from interested families about benefits and plan options.
• Book follow-up calls with families who need time to decide.
• Keep tidy notes on every conversation with warm leads.

Qualifications

• Comfortable spending several hours on the phone with callers.
• Diligent about following up with callers on time.
• Able to explain the options to each household in plain language.
• Simple home workspace with a phone and computer and steady internet.
• Professional phone or advisory experience helps you master the work quickly.
• Happy with performance based pay and tracking your own numbers.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
