About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to support our Sales Representatives by scheduling virtual appointments with provided leads.

There is no prospecting or cold calling required. Leads, scripts, and training will be provided.

The main responsibility is to speak with clients professionally, identify suitable appointment times, and schedule virtual meetings with the Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Contact provided leads and schedule appointments.

• Follow provided scripts and call guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records and notes on client interactions.

• Communicate effectively with the Sales Representative and team.

• Submit required daily and weekly activity reports.

• Consistently work toward established performance targets.

Working Hours

The recommended schedule is approximately 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, including a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Available working windows are based on Eastern Time (ET).

The schedule may be flexible depending on availability, provided the required performance expectations are met.
