We are looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Executive to generate genuine business enquiries for our technology, security and enterprise software solutions.

This is a fully remote, performance-based role with no fixed salary. You earn AED 50 for every qualified new enquiry, plus 1% incentive on sales successfully closed from your leads.

What You'll Do

Identify potential corporate customers and generate enquiries through:

• Cold calling
• Email outreach
• WhatsApp/business messaging
• LinkedIn
• Facebook and social media
• Online research and business directories
• Networking, referrals and other professional B2B channels

Once you generate a qualified opportunity, our sales team will handle the meeting, demonstration, quotation and sales process.

This is strictly B2B. We target companies and organisations, not individual consumers.

Earnings

AED 50 Per Qualified New Enquiry

AED 50 is paid for every qualified new enquiry where:

• Our sales team secures a meeting/discussion with the prospective customer; or
• We issue a quotation based on the customer's genuine requirement.

Qualified enquiry payments are made at the end of each month.

Duplicate Enquiries: A different contact from the same company enquiring about the same solution will be treated as a duplicate and will not qualify for an additional AED 50 payment.

An enquiry from the same company for a different solution involving a different contact or department will not be treated as a duplicate and can qualify as a new enquiry.

1% Sales Incentive

If a customer generated through your lead purchases the solution, you will also receive a 1% sales incentive calculated on the invoiced value excluding VAT.

Sales incentives are calculated quarterly and paid with the following month's payment.

Example: Generate 20 qualified enquiries in a month = AED 1,000, before any additional sales incentives.

What We're Looking For

You should be:

• Confident approaching businesses and decision-makers
• Comfortable with cold calling and B2B prospecting
• Able to communicate professionally by phone, email and messaging
• Familiar with LinkedIn and online lead generation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to identify genuine business requirements rather than simply collect contact details

Previous experience in B2B lead generation, telesales, IT solutions, CCTV, cybersecurity, biometric systems or software sales is an advantage.

Work From Home

This is a 100% remote position.

You must have your own laptop/computer, mobile phone, reliable internet connection, calling facility, email and other communication tools required to perform the role.

Important

There is no fixed salary for this position.

Compensation is:

AED 50 per qualified new enquiry + 1% of invoiced value (excluding VAT) on successfully closed sales generated from your leads.
