What they need

WHO WE ARE

LTE Care Plus is a growing ABA therapy organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities across New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County. We are built around one core belief: every individual deserves high-quality, evidence-based care delivered by professionals who are supported, valued, and equipped to do their best work.

We are expanding our clinical team and looking for a BCBA who is not just skilled but invested. Someone who takes ownership of client outcomes, leads with data, and brings both clinical excellence and genuine compassion to every case.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fully remote role with a manageable caseload designed to support clinical quality, not just volume. You will have direct oversight of your cases, a collaborative clinical team behind you, and leadership that actively invests in your professional growth.

If you are looking for a role where your clinical judgment is respected, your work is recognized, and your contributions directly shape the organization's growth, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs) and develop individualized, strengths-based behavior support plans.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of ABA programming across home, community, and school settings.
  • Analyze client data consistently and make data-driven clinical decisions to drive meaningful progress.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support.
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training focused on skill generalization and behavior strategies in the home environment.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid billing requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, peer collaboration, and organizational clinical initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Active New York LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) license required.
  • Active Medicaid provider number through eMedNY required.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in behavioral assessment tools and data collection systems.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills with attention to regulatory and billing compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with a remote team.
  • Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, or BCBAs preferred.

WHY LTE CARE PLUS

We built this role to work for you, clinically and professionally.

  • Fully remote, serve clients across NY without the commute.
  • Manageable caseloads, we protect clinical quality by not overloading our BCBAs.
  • Flexible scheduling that respects your work-life balance.
  • CEU reimbursement and support for ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborative clinical team, you are never operating in isolation.
  • Direct access to leadership that listens, invests in staff, and removes barriers to great care.
  • Real opportunity to influence clinical programming and organizational growth as we scale.

LICENSURE & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

All candidates must hold the following before their start date. These are firm requirements and cannot be waived:

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Active NY LBA license
  • Active eMedNY Medicaid provider number
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Satisfactory background check clearance
