Families who already asked about life and health coverage are waiting for a call back. Your job is to reach them, listen, and lay out what each plan actually does. Everything happens by phone from your own home, on a full time schedule.

Good listeners do best in this seat because people rarely admit confusion outright. Commission based pay applies, so patience and follow through both show up in what you earn each month. You are trained along the way so that should not intimidate you from applying.

A Typical Day

• Keep your daily list current and easy for teammates to read.
