This full-time remote opportunity is designed for someone who wants to develop a career in insurance while working directly with prospective clients.

You’ll have conversations with people interested in benefit and coverage solutions, identify what matters to them, and present policies that fit their needs. Full training covers the products, systems, and approach used in the role.

The work is conversational and consultative, but it also requires the ability to confidently guide someone toward a coverage decision.

In This Role, You Will

* Speak with prospective clients about insurance and benefit needs

* Identify priorities through questions and active listening

* Introduce appropriate coverage options

* Explain policy details, costs, and benefits

* Respond to questions and concerns

* Help clients complete applications

* Follow up on open conversations and pending decisions

* Maintain accurate client and policy information

* Apply coaching and product training to improve your conversations

Compensation is performance-based and may include commission and bonuses. The estimated earnings range reflects potential annual compensation based on individual results.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
