Remote Benefits Associate

About This Position

You’ll take an active role in helping people move from having questions about their life and heath benefits to choosing coverage and completing enrollment. This is a full-time, work-from-home sales position where you’ll spend your day speaking with interested individuals, learning what they need, presenting options, and keeping the process moving.

You’ll have a steady pipeline of people who have already asked for information, but the conversations are yours to manage. Success comes from staying organized, following up when you say you will, and being comfortable asking for the sale when the right solution is identified.

Training and coaching are provided, and compensation is performance-based. The more effectively you manage your opportunities and follow through, the greater your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Call households who requested information and discuss their coverage needs today
• Review available plans clearly and answer whatever questions come up
• Point each household to coverage that fits their household budget
• Finalize the application and confirm the next steps with them
• Follow up on appointments and finish everything that you start
• Update our system with notes and progress on every lead

Pay: $64,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
