Remote Benefits Representative

We are seeking motivated, professional individuals to speak with people who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit options. In this remote position, you will connect with prospective clients, discuss their needs, share general information about available programs, and assist them with determining the appropriate next steps.

Previous industry experience is not required. New team members receive training, communication scripts, established processes, and continued support. This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone who is dependable, coachable, comfortable communicating with others, and interested in improving their communication, client service, and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have requested more information about available benefit options
• Follow established scripts, training materials, and communication procedures
• Ask relevant questions to better understand each individual's needs and situation
• Provide general information about available benefit programs and options
• Schedule follow-up conversations or appointments when needed
• Keep organized and accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and activity
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications:

• Comfortable communicating by phone, video call, and other virtual platforms
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Willing to receive coaching, apply feedback, and learn new systems and processes
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or phone-based communication is beneficial but not required
• Must obtain any licensing required before performing duties that legally require a license

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Income is not guaranteed and will vary depending on individual activity, performance, and completed business. Additional information regarding compensation structure, expectations, and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
