Remote Benefits Representative - Training Provided

The Position

If you’re comfortable talking with people and interested in learning the insurance field, this remote role provides training to help you get started.

You’ll work with individuals who are exploring benefit and coverage options. Your job is to understand what they need, explain the choices available, and help them take the appropriate next step.

Training is provided, so previous insurance experience is helpful but not required for consideration.

Your Responsibilities

* Connect with individuals seeking information about benefits and coverage
* Ask questions and listen for the needs behind each conversation
* Explain insurance products, policy features, and available options
* Help people compare choices based on their circumstances
* Assist with applications and required paperwork
* Follow up when additional questions or information are needed
* Document conversations and keep client information current
* Continue developing product knowledge through training and coaching

Estimated annual earnings are based on individual performance and may vary.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
