Bottleneck Distant Assistants (BNDA) is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our clients with day-to-day financial and accounting tasks. If you're organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with monthly financial reports
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and financial matters
• Support accountants or management with bookkeeping-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work US-based time zones

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php58,000.00 per month
