About the Company

1% Club is an Australia-based business organisation involved in e-commerce, marketing and business-development activities. We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our remote team and support day-to-day business-development and marketing activities. This is a paid position with clearly defined responsibilities and compensation terms.

Position Overview

The Business Development Associate will support business-development activities, market research, digital marketing and customer communications. The successful candidate will work directly with the team and follow established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Support business-development activities and initiatives.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Assist with digital marketing activities.

Support customer and business communications.

Assist with e-commerce-related business activities.

Prepare basic reports and business information.

Participate in scheduled online meetings.

Maintain accurate records.

Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.

Communicate progress and relevant information to the team.

Requirements

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Reliable internet connection.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to learn new processes quickly.

Professional and reliable approach to work.

Basic computer and online communication skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

Administration Relevant experience is preferred but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate strong communication, organisation and learning abilities.

Working Arrangement This is a remote position.

Part-time: approximately 2–3 hours per day.

Full-time:approximately 7–9 hours per day. The agreed working schedule will be confirmed before the position begins.

Compensation Pay: Between R500 to R2000 per hour

Additional compensation, if applicable, will be clearly explained to candidates before they accept the position.
