Duties

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to clients.
• Manage phone call flow efficiently, utilizing strong phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions.
• Assist clients with healthcare-related questions, including health insurance information, medical terminology explanations, and appointment scheduling.
• Enter and update data accurately within electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain precise client information.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Troubleshoot client issues by applying customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality by adhering to healthcare privacy regulations and safeguarding sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center environment or customer service role, preferably within healthcare support.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and EMR/EHR management systems.
• Knowledge of health insurance processes, medical terminology, and electronic health records management is highly desirable.
• Excellent phone call management skills with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and active listening.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and client interactions.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
