Remote Call Centre / Customer Support Agent – Work From Home

Prajapati NexaTech Group is looking for confident, professional and customer-focused Remote Call Centre / Customer Support Agents to join our growing team in the United Kingdom.

You will communicate with customers, respond to enquiries, provide information about company services, maintain customer records and assist with general customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Maintain accurate call and customer records
• Update customer information in the company system
• Provide professional customer service
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
• Meet reasonable customer-service and call-quality targets

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Confident and professional telephone communication
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Quiet working environment
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Previous call centre/customer support experience is helpful but not essential

Training will be provided to successful candidates where required.

Working Hours

Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Applicants should be able to work agreed UK business-hour shifts.

Salary

From £50.00 per hour, depending on the role, experience and agreed working arrangements.
